Abhilash Thomas is born and brought from a ordinary middle class family in Kerala, Wayanad district. His father is a farmer and mother, a house wife. Abhilash Thomas did his schooling and completed his pre degree from Sultan battery itself. He was also influenced with Marxist ideologies and was very active member of campus politics. He got his fight leadership lessons from the campus. His friends still remember him as a very active member of College campus politics and unions.

Their partnership business center has reached the top most position in RMP Infotec now, Crown Diamond Executive. Abhilash Thomas also expanded the business by starting Business centers in the name of his wife Jithy Abhilash. These track IDs also have the top most position of Crown Diamond Executive.
