Leadership Team's Request to RMP Infotec Management
Please share this post to all. The following are the requests on behalf of Leadership Team to RMP company management. The Six points below are being formulated after rounds of discussion with other people in the rmp business and mlm consultants. So far RMP management and the distributors have held their head high.
a. Listen to Leaders voice
Its the people who are the power of every network marketing company. Those who fail to understand this very simple concept, has failed miserably in the market. This phenomenon can be seen around the industry now with other companies and inside our company also. Keep the leaders at the top, and listen to them patients, because it they who interact with the prospects and new people through their Downlines or team members.
b. Periodic Review of Business Plan
RMP binary income plan was one of the lucrative income plans in the industry in August 2001, Not Any more... From 2001 to 2011, the average Indian salary has increased by atleast 70%. Taking in to consideration of price rice/inflation, RMP incentives have deprecated or reducted. Periodic review of Income plan is a must for Leaders motivation. Rs. 1,30,000 is not sufficient to even motivate an average Software engineer who makes at par with this income.
c. Updation of Products
There was a time where people buy a low quality TV or fridge and start the business, Not any more. People are aware about the products in the markets. They regularly visit the Malls, Big Bazzars, Super markets.. Its known fact that with the growth of company, distributors and people, our company management didnt take initiative to improve the quality and service of the products.
d. Make everything Online
Leaders duty is to increase their network or distribution channel. The productive time shouldn't spend for delivering products, standing in the ever increasing line to deliver the products of fight with the store keeper to exchange a bad color suit material. The energy should be channelised for a creative positive change which everybody should agree.
e. Quality of Customer care
Why do the calls made to JustDial.com doesn't even put you on hold ?. You get directly connected to the customer care executive without any interrupt. A company like Justdial whose turnover is 1/5th or 20% of RMP Infotec, can deliver such sweet and best service, why can't we do that ?. Customercare email reply take minimum 3-4 days and most of the time, no response from the other end. Can you travel through the tunnel so long without seeing any light on the other end ?
f. Handle problems legally
RMP has been handling most of the issues legally through the white channel. This wil improve the credibility among the distributors, people and government. Let us face the issue directly. Also when some leaders face issue/pressures from the government, let the company also interfere to safegaurd the person and his status in the society.
RMP management have dealt and will deal with the issues positively and 100% come out clean and safe. As one of the prominent Blue diamond, who was ousted from RMP Infotec always says " Its the simple changes, which make profound implication in the business."
Let the rmp infotec management take simple, positive steps towards a better, best 2012!
